all fish is going to accumulate some heavy metals which is not a good thing but wild salmon is a much better choice than any Atlantic salmon
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
wild salmon still has some issues heavy metals microplastics pfas but it's a much better choice than coloring added Atlantic salmon
wild salmon is definitely better but not perfect wild salmon like this scky salmon you can definitely see the difference in color here much more red because it's eating what it's supposed to eat has issues also so even wild fish can have issues with heavy metals pfas which are forever chemicals and microplastics
