I think that the argument comes down to why would you eat a plan we know they're full of anti nutrients so there better be something unique about the plants and I've never seen a convincing argument for it
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

i don't see a benefit to excluding them from the diet it seems like a much safer proposition that is evolutionarily consistent to me
