i start with protein i get one gram per pound of body weight sometimes a little more of grass-fed grass-finished beet beef that's moderately fatty either 20 ground beef or rib eye steaks so i'm getting 20 percent of my calories there uh at least the the beef is 20 fat which doesn't lead to 20 calories as we'll see um but i do like fatty meat and in that fatty meat i'm getting about 200 grams of protein per day which is 800 calories four calories per gram of protein
