that's kind of where the animal- based diet perspective came from for me I started as carnivore strictly meat and organs and that helped my Eczema but then longterm it didn't work for my athletic stuff because of the lack of carbohydrates something I've talked about a lot on other podcasts Etc so adding back in what I thought of at that time is the least toxic carbohydrates fruit and then honey made sense
