so for magnesium and electrolytes because we have a reverse osmosis filter at home we do like the constant trace mineral drops so i'm wondering if you see any downsides to that um for iodine just to be on the safe side i have like an iodine supplement that's from a salt bed so it's just it's just pure iodine from a soft bed that i just it's 600 micrograms per drop and maybe use it a couple times a week i mean the rda is 150. 150. so 600 a lot even one drop is a lot so like yeah you're probably not overdoing it but i don't think you need it okay yeah concentrates i'm fine with your final thing as far as i can tell yeah maybe i'll change my mind in the future but i don't think so
