i do believe that um that a homo sapiens organism is not adapted to a plant-based diet in any way shape or form we don't see any historical cultures ever doing that certainly plants are much more available than animals and easier to procure and so if if you could be a plant-eating human um and thrive on that i would imagine that we would have at least seen one culture historically that did that and we've never seen one and there are examples of of species of of hominids specifically paranthropus robustness that went extinct and based on stable isotope analysis appear to have been uh mostly plant focused
