we are measuring fasting insulin there but it's you know we the diet that we're uh looking at it is also you know rich in whole grains rich in potatoes and things like that and it's also not a weight loss diet i want to stress that too is that we try to keep our participants at weight maintenance as much as possible and so far you could do that with a whole foods diet because definitely one of the things that we're running into is and that's also just kevin hall study when you let's say people are uh uh people tend to want to consume a little bit more on the ultra process diet but then have trouble hitting the same amount of calories on the traditional diet
