you would have to eat a lot of soybeans a lot of edamame to get the amount of linoleic acid found in a tablespoon of soybean oil like massive amounts i think i i don't know what time i had but it would be an insane amount of soybeans to get the amount of soy bean oil and a tablespoon of soybean oil that canola oil you were eating in in your studies that's from rapeseed which isn't even a food that humans eat so like that's basically from a horrible oil that isn't even a food for humans and you'd have to eat a ton of these seeds that aren't even really food for humans to get that amount of canola oil corn oil peanut oil i think corn oil you'd have to eat something again i'm just back of the envelope thinking about this i don't remember the exact numbers like something like i don't know 25 ears of corn to get a tablespoon of corn oil or something a massive
