and yet when they feel better on this i think that can be the little nudge the beginning of the dominoes that allows them to change their diet in a positive way or realize that diet is a huge factor in the way they feel
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I think that the desiccated organ supplements are amazing for people because they represent this very easy first step to improving the nutritional quality of our diet
you give people the easiest on-ramp possible and you let them make the change i think the hope the greatest hope for all of this is that people will find not only the supplements but fresh organs and then transition off the supplements to fresh organs and then start thinking oh well i took this supplement i felt better hopefully or i started eating liver fresh or testicle or spleen or pancreas or heart or whatever i felt better maybe there's something to my diet the quality of my diet and my autoimmune disease libido body composition and then it just it's like this this little pebble that has all these ripples and people make broad sweeping dietary change in their life
