I think that there's a lot of things um a lot of good things that can come out of a project like that and the reality is is like would I tell anyone to eat that exact way the rest of their life and never violate that no do I think that something like that is worth trying so you can learn okay these are some foods that seem to work for me I I tend to feel more full on fewer calories when I'm eating foods like this
