And then I tend to eat pastas and rice and things of that sort later in the day or in the evening in order to facilitate the transition to sleep.
I find it hard to sleep after about three or four days of being on a low starch yeah diet just personally I so I like to eat some starches yeah especially if exercising intensely or working intensely
