in terms of minerals they are all adequate with calcium being 77% because I'm getting 770 Mig of calcium in the Raw da I'll talk about that in a moment chronometer would say I could get a little more raw dairy but a few more ounces of raw milk would put me right at the threshold for getting enough calcium in a day or if I really wanted to I could add a few capsules of bone matrix from heart and soil supplements that one is a microcrystal and hydroxy appetite it's a highly bioavailable source of calcium copper iron magnesium manganese people worry about a lot phosphorus pottassium selenium sodium and zinc are all over 100% on chronometer I'm getting plenty of all of those minerals
