I think getting tons of fiber is [ __ ] I'm getting fiber in the fruit that I'm eating but I don't need more fiber in my diet nor am I interested in getting massive amounts of fiber
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
I think that you don't need a ton of fiber in your diet I think fiber is highly highly overrated insoluble fiber maybe it just passes through the gut maybe it even binds up some antitoxin in the gut but I have some serious concerns about soluble fiber resistant starches that have been again also like vegetables just elevated to the deity status are pretty harmful for humans
