but yeah the way that there when I try to eat raw meat I cannot eat it's very difficult for me to eat more than a pound of raw meat in one sitting and that's a lot of them come close yeah that's a lot of a lot of Rami I mean usually it's 10 ounces and I'm done but with cooked meat it's it's pretty easy and and so I wonder about the accessibility because I've always thought well when you cook the meat don't you make it are we mate are we making it it's a question I don't think I know the answer are we making the nutrients more accessible or but probably denaturing some of the heat labile things it's fascinating I don't think right now
