so no benefit with constipation no benefit with diverticulosis no benefit with cancer what is left except you're gonna get well there's the heart there's the heart disease heart healthy you know the oat bran sopping up LDL LDL which is our very that is a rabbit hole then we dig way into the conversation around LDL and I think we could definitely get on that rabbit it is it actually bad and I would say it's not yeah there are very clear dissenting evidence that LDL yeah I would say it is far from proven that LDL molecules are directly toxic to the endothelium so and and if you actually look at the LDL lowering from fiber it is miniscule yeah and if you look at the blood pressure lowering from fiber it is miniscule like on the order of one point two millimeters of mercury yeah I mean we're talking non significant differences in any of these things so the fiber arguments around LDL I think are flawed because it it rests on sort of this idea that LDL M it rests on the cholesterol Theory class disease which is hotly-debated yeah hotly hotly debated
