if you look at hunter gatherer tribes across the world it's pretty clear they're only eating about 2% of their calories as linolic acid when here today in America especially we eat 10 to 12 some some of us even 15% of our diets as seed oils and linolic acid in those seed oils
10 to 15% is the average linoleic acid in most of our diets today.
And yet today, people are probably getting 10 to 15% of their total calories from these things, right?
Um today that number is I mean it's probably closer to 10%.
