i have trouble understanding the way that um the way that people think a plant-based diet could be in any any way evolutionarily consistent or sustainable or that's why i won't entertain any arguments on that
vegan diets don't work in the wild vegetarian diets don't work in the wild
i just don't believe that that's i don't believe it's tenable
