looking more at the mechanism as to how it raises HDL or how it lowers the lower smaller dense LDL particles and also what nutrient components are important together
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
what we've found now and I don't think I want to say exactly what they are but that we know that uh at least three and probably four different ingredients in the Quarry bar all have to be there in order to raise HDL
and this Quarry bar is so far seems to be very good at doing that at least in people that are adults or people that are not too terribly inflamed
so what the Quarry bar does is it takes the profile and it shifts it towards the larger particle and that informs us that what the Quarry bar is doing it's helping to improve the activity of that HDL particles it's making it function better
also the fact that it's able to raise these large HDL particles in people adults that are already you think they're eating a healthy diet and are not overweight or not obese that's also very exciting because hdl's very very important for preventing heart disease
