horrible (milk solids, processed sugar, seed oils, gums, polysorbate 80, carrageenan, artificial flavors/colors, propylene glycol, etc.)
We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
ice cream can be horrible (milk solids, processed sugar, seed oils, gums, polysorbate 80, carrageenan, artificial flavors/colors, propylene glycol, etc.)
but if you look I traditionally produce ice creams they're mostly garbage they're made with pasteurized milk that's essentially dead milk in my opinion not going to have any of the benefits of raw unpasteurized unheated milk or cream they're going to have things like kerogen in them a sulfated polysaccharide found in algae that we know is harmful for humans that causes all sorts of gut inflammation you don't want that mucking up what's inside of you you don't want that damaging your gut like I said they contain processed sugars high fructose corn syrup and some of the vegan versions of ice cream which to me aren't even really ice cream contain seed oils
