The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
you can use those same isotopes to reconstruct the diet of egyptians mostly plant-based they didn't do so good for the reasons i discussed earlier not because they were eating excess carbohydrates they actually had seed oils and they were nutrient deficient
in fact they did have seed oils five thousand years ago and in fact this is probably really the beginning of seed oil use in antiquity is with these exact people
the ancient egyptians i believe strongly got fat and sick because of their introduction of excess amounts of linoleic acid in their diet
