and I'll just highlight for the listener that heart is pretty good source of riboflavin kidneys are a good source of riboflavin kidneys are much lower in vitamin A than the liver so some mixing of kidney and liver in the diet probably makes a lot of sense you can get lots of nutrients kidneys you know kidneys in my opinion are kind of like liver they're pretty darn nutritious and they don't have quite as much vitamin A if were thinking in those terms
