we have adapted to some things like so now we can have some dairy into adulthood but like we we haven't adapted to adapt it to eating a plant-based diet just turning the entire diet on its head
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
if you look at the digestive system in humans ever from an evolutionary standpoint we have a stomach acid that is designed to kill bacteria that are eating away meats that are going to rot we have a a large length of a small intestine that is where the animal products are digested we have a very short colon which would be the area where plants are digested but we very rarely eat plants and if you look at archaeological and anthropology anthropology areas in in the prehistoric world they have actually found bones and they can do nitrogen testing did not determine what kind of food proteins that actually were in these peoples gut I can't believe science today but they can do that and they show that in our homeo sapiens and and from at least 160,000 years ago probably but certainly in the last forty to fifty thousand years ago these humans primitive humans were actually consuming more animal-based products and plant-based products not a hundred percent but more and era and our physiology of our digestive system tells the tale we have a like I said we have a DNA blueprint that we can't really vacillate so much from we have to have certain foods and we must remove or we cannot have certain toxic material or we will not function well
