I don't think plant protein is really worth much of anything it has a much lower Dias much lower digestible indispensable amino acid score and it comes with all of the other negative baggage of plant proteins anti-nutrients lectins oxalates phytic acid digestive enzyme inhibitors these compounds many of them will inhibit mineral absorption and create nutrient deficiency even beyond the minerals that many of these plants contain
plant-based protein like less bioavailable full of lectins full of oxalates
