it wasn't until I completely eliminated plants from my diet that my eczema went away
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
so i had eczema for most of my childhood um and then in college and i should say i ate a terrible diet growing up very very processed lots of refined carbs some protein basically no vegetables and around my second year college my sister started getting interested in the paleo diet and she kind of put me on to a lot of resources and said oh i think going gluten-free could help your eczema and i was really resistant because i was the biggest pasta pizza eater there ever was and yeah she all right but she encouraged me to do it and i did see a lot of benefits from that
as a kid it was asthma too thankfully that's not a big deal for me i don't get much eczema if any anymore since changing my diet which is one of the things got me interested in this in the first place
