the reason uh one of the reasons i'm not a fan of seeds is because they're defended they have oxalates they have phytic acid they have tannins digestive enzyme inhibitors peanuts legumes almonds cut them out cut them out you don't want seeds and you don't want seed oils you're going to get less seed oils from those seeds than you would if you were eating just pure seed oils but still there's no place in a healthy diet for seeds they're going to inhibit your digestion and cause mineral loss in my opinion
