I was still achieving remarkable health transformations now the other thing that you know we would work with these folks over six months so in the beginning they're doing their frozen vegetables canned vegetables and meats if they can afford we're teaching them how to cook I and by the end of six months Paul very commonly they're coming back and telling us that they've been figuring out how to get you know more venison in their diet mmm I love it how to get or the organic vegetables by going to the farmers market and saying at the end of the market here what would you give me what could I pay for the things that didn't sell so they've gone from their conventional foods to organic foods and they're still living on food stamps and they've learned how to prioritize it so it is a journey III once exhaust that I have an ideal recommendation where I want people to be ultimately with their food probably take them from where they're at work with them incrementally to steadily improve the quality of their diet to improve their daily activities in their stress reduction like I think that's amazing that I totally agree with that
