High fructose corn syrup is made from corn there's no fructose in corn that's a dextrose right that's a that's an alpha amylose polymer it's all glucose so you have to take this glucose polymer break it apart with enzymes then you have to isomerize the glucose to make fructose and you have to extract it and put it back together or there's free fructose and free glucose.
