I think that for myself and probably for a lot of people there's something to this intuitive feeling that if you go too much below 28 5 20 fat just I'm just kind of you know pulling numbers basically out of my subjective experience and other people I know you're gonna be craving fat and I think you gotta listen that's kind of that's probably too little and then I'm I think you're right I'm wondering about absorption of fat soluble nutrients like vitamin A and all these things in liver and K2 and these critical things vitamin E you know these are important
