I think we can probably should always, you know, focus first on where we can move the needle the biggest. So those more core lifestyle practices is should be tenant number one.
I think supplements are something that should be supplemental they do have utility but I use them very rarely when I do use them I usually go for a seeking health thing so if you are in the supplement market you should improve the quality of your food first do your exercise sleep and then think about seeking health
