I'm somebody who, you know, I don't drink much alcohol, I'll occasionally have a drink or something, but a while ago I got to taste a bunch of different white tequilas, these are different kinds of tequilas that are, they're not brown, they're white. And I sort of assumed that all tequila was disgusting, that was my assumption before doing this. And then I tasted a couple of white tequilas and I realized oh, those aren't aren't too bad. I tasted a few more, and then pretty soon I could really start to detect the nuance and the difference. Now, I haven't had a tequilas in a long time, now I sort of tend to not drink at all these days, but in a very short period of time like a couple of days I got very good at detecting which things I liked and I could start to pick out tones.
