we did a fitness test a few weeks later and so I had a few weeks of training been sort of a month month five to six weeks on on just the the meat only diet and and at that point I actually finished quite high in our it's sort of call a modified bleep test it's just a fitness test you just sprinting back and forth dur relays until you basically just can't do it anymore and I finished quite high up I was I was in sort of the top five or 10 out of 90 players and I was you know I'd only been training for a few weeks so it was it was dramatic um it was a dramatic difference in my athleticism and my energy levels as well
