i think we need to tune into ourselves to know because like you you knew what worked for you right like you once you kind of stumbled like once you got into the rhythm that you're in now you're like you felt amazing your health issues started clearing up like all things got better you just knew it you know and i think that's what we need to start doing more of
I think bro I think intuition is very important yeah that's a real thing I think and I think a lot of the the uh like debasing of one's intuition in podcasts and and just like the common Zeitgeist in very scientific rational deductionist mindset that is kind of it's like sitting upon the culture that we come from
