Liver and heart are indeed superfoods. Choline, CoQ10, zinc, iron, copper, selenium, folate, riboflavin, vitamin A, biotin, ergothioneine, taurine, K2, carnosine, B12... these two foods are truly nature's multivitamin.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
i think if there is i hate this term but if there is a superfood organs are it
It's I think that if you look at humans, if you look at the natural experiments, it's quite clear that organs and meat are really, in my opinion, um and chime in if you agree, the only things that can be labeled superfoods
if you want vitamins and minerals that are bioavailable meat and organs are the true superfoods
