ruminants have 5 stomachs they're designed to eat a very low nutrient density food a high fiber you are I worry to eat grass we would die quickly right we're monogastric Slyke pigs and chickens and so we have evolved to eat nutrient-dense foods cows on the other hand have evolved very nutrient load nutrient density foods grass and they process that efficiently in their in their large and multiple stomachs
