ketogenic diets are great short term but long term they will result in many many problems for humans the other thing i didn't mention was hormonal decline
long-term ketosis pretty clearly harmful for humans declining hormones electrolyte issues
these are the reasons that i am not a fan of ketogenic diets i don't think that they serve us well long term as humans
