the most important part is a runny egg yolk to preserve its nutrients 💪😉
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
you try not to cook the yolk right I like the yolks raw do you do raw yolks no but I so I I boil them yeah let's do it yeah I boil them but like I keep them super runny that's what you got to do yeah yeah yeah cuz I I I heard cooking the the yolks obviously not what you're supposed to be doing I think yeah you I think most people like the the runny yolks
What's better? Anything that preserves the yolk a little bit. Anything that leaves the yolk soft and even a little bit runny. You can do soft boiled. You can do poached. You can do sunny side up. Those are all better ways to cook your egg.
