so nothing like diet wise no no any particular reason i just don't think you really know like probiotics yes no who knows um maybe fermented dairy if you tolerate it like broadly maybe but i think the body is going to recover that on its own and as far as i can tell your your environment is as much determining your microbiome which is what you eat but you inhale you know being around the waterfall yesterday change your microbiome you know your body will bring it back yeah and um yeah but i think i don't know this is a controversial statement but i think less and less that humans need about there's a lot of times that we could do about them but again that's not going to be like anybody died but i think about the times in my life i take antibiotics and i wish i'd not done it almost every single time
