like a like acid uh catechin from uh which is believed to uh be responsible for the health benefits of green tea well when the animal consumes biodiverse forage and then you find these in the milk too and we have research on it but when we looked at the literature on some of the compounds in green tea end of the spectrum of green teas uh these compounds like like catechin were finally similar amounts at the higher end of grass-fed milk
