reverse t3 does not elevate on ketogenic low-carb diets right so we're what people see is that in starvation states free t3 will go down you know we'll get the reverse t3 and we'll get what's called Yu thyroid sick or starvation because TSH will not elevate

I have very rarely seen optimal levels, especially of total T3 and free T3 in people doing long-term ketogenic diets, which I think is a real clear signal that our bodies thrive with carbohydrates and see carbohydrates as a signal of abundance.
