you really need to look at why the gut is imbalanced and often times it comes back to just super simple Concepts what is the water you're drinking what are the nutrients you're getting are you irritating your gut are you having things in your diet that are increasing endotoxin beans grains legumes uh all these things are you eating too many starches are you having corn syrup are you having unknown corn syrup are you having additives in your food keragen and pectin other gums make it super simple and then go from there
