I think all of these claims by plant-based advocates or people in the fibre world whether it's Paul Jay or others that the gut mucus layer is going to be depleted by a zero plan fiber diet are quite premature and we just don't see that obviously it's a very hard thing to study it's a good question to raise but clinically we don't see it I don't think there's mechanistic data to support it
