It's very boring. >> But I don't think boring is the right word. I think it's functional. When you eat the same thing every day, when you figure out what works for you, yes, if your diet is not varied enough, you can run into nutrient deficiencies. But basically, eating some plant foods and some animal foods, you're going to get enough nutrients for the most part depending what you're using. And that's consistency and it helps you stay disciplined. It's not boring. It's functional and it works well long term.
