soot is the kidney fat from a cow and it's very high in this fatty acid called stearic acid which is an 18 carbon saturated fatty acid linoleic acid is an 18 carbon polyunsaturated fatty acid so there these two are sort of two there's like a protagonist an ant you know it's hard to tell who the bad guy and the good guy is but i would argue that stearic acid is a good guy linoleic acid can be the very bad guy but this kidney fat is very high in the stearic acid and again this is a saturated fatty acid that has very positive effects in the human body it's very high in tallow but nobody knows what suit is nobody knows what tallow is we don't eat that
