when you process a red meat there can be some funny business in there whether it's a preservative many of the deli Cuts contain keragen in a sulfated polysaccharide that I've spoken about in the past that is known to be irritating at least in animal models to the gut and looks to be pretty harmful for humans we don't really want these emulsifiers in there there can be dyes these meats are highly processed they're probably taken from less quality animals these are not the same as a ground beef that you get from your butcher
