there probably isn't one best diet for everybody I know that's a crazy thing to say but there probably is if there's one for heart disease it might be worse for cancer if there's one diet that's better for diverticulitis it might be worse for heart disease
I think we have this idea that like there's this perfect diet out there that's going to be the one diet that's going to you know help you know reduce cancer and cardiovascular disease and mortality and all and the fact is that there's probably tradeoffs for everything right
