that's the time and niyama position it was a population that was primarily consuming they said oceanic marine meat and they also started adding in some plant matter as well later on like three to four thousand years ago but they were primarily consuming they said oceanic like animal foods where was this what population was um it was in Peru said it's it's strange it doesn't make a whole lot of sense if the if the Inuit were harvesting kelp and stuff for seaweed but this population was just getting it from just getting fish and they weren't getting enough vitamin C there's so there's this that's strange you know ten or twelve thousand years ago is when the Agricultural Revolution started that's when the Neolithic Revolution started and if you look at places like the Dickson mounds you can see clear decline in our health as we went from hunting and gathering to agriculture
