before that I just felt tired and sluggish I was O I was overweight you know I still sort of you could still sort of see the the you know the the hints of of a six-pack but I was like 20 I was like 267 pounds 270 PBS and then in two weeks I was down to 243 and you know I mean I'm sure part of that was water weight and um you know not all fat but either way it was 23 pounds and I felt amazing afterwards
