Please show me a single human trial with whole foods containing fructose that shows harm. I know of many that show benefit.
i continue to believe that fruit is good for humans that fructose in the whole food matrix is not damaging for humans
Fruit that is complexed with fiber (as in fruit) is metabolized differently & does not have bad impact on gut.
But also importantly, it's the fiber and it's the overall packaging of the sugar that can sort of buffer its metabolic effects in fruits that, I think, make it much less of a problem, from a dietary standpoint.
