as you said the Omega threes are actually some of the most unstable molecules because they often have multiple points of unsaturation when we're naming fatty acid molecules and though this may sound totally esoteric and geeky it's really important that that we all understand this we're naming molecules of fat based on the number of carbons and we're in the carbon there are these unsaturation x' these double bonds between carbons and regardless of whether we're over consuming omega-3 or omega-6 too much polyunsaturated fatty acid is going to create an oxidative stress on our bodies
