we have a really wonderful uh I guess calculation in one of our books the complete contest bre card and I believe it's also in Fat Loss forever and that outlines what amount of calories is required to lose a certain amount of body weight in grams so it's a really neat little equation and we can calculate very accurately for the average person that doesn't have crazy you know a really fast metabolism or really slow metabolism what the deficit is that they need to lose that 1 and a half% or whatever number it might be
